Using the WorkPRO Electric Hedge Trimmer is very easy:

  1. Remove the safety switch
  2. Hold the bottom of the device up, press the button, and slide the bottom forward
  3. Remove the blade carefully by lifting it upward
  4. Align the gear shaft in the center of the blade with the gear in the center of the unit so that the blade lies flat against the housing
  5. Slide the bottom back
  6. Push the front safety switch back in
  7. Ready to use!
