Some pieces make you pause the moment you put them on, and this is one of them. I made this bracelet for people who need to keep moving. Each scale is individually shaped by hand and overlaps the next in the sequence, so the entire band is built disc by disc, just as water shapes a shoreline.

People have worn copper against the skin for thousands of years, hoping to keep their blood and their bodies in motion. The customers who come back to me keep telling me the same thing: they no longer noticed the things that used to stand out to them.

This is one of the last bracelets I will make before I close my workshop for good. I hope it ends up on the wrist that needs to keep moving.
